“Very comfortable new updates Very friendly workers”

“Beautiful, old building. Very well maintained and very clean. The room was comfortable and reasonably quiet. I didn't use any amenities other than wi-fi which was very slow and kept dropping connection. No parking other than on the residential street, so you may have to walk some distance to get to/from your vehicle. No elevator, but staff was willing to help carry my luggage. I booked the inn specifically for proximity to the John M Hall Auditorium and for that it was unbeatable.”

“Conveniently located hotel for us in Petoskey while we visited family in the area. Was near shopping, restaurants and even a casino if you’re into that kind of thing. Only complaints we had were the fairly tight/limited parking and that the room walls didn’t seem to insulate sound very well.”

“Bathroom was poorly maintained. Paint peeling off trim, toilet paper holder pulled out of wall, light switches dirty and at a 45 degree angle on the wall. Tub faucet had mold underneath the plastic. Black spots on the AC unit outside on the porch. The hot tub and pool had a layer of sand on the bottom. For $300+ a night we should expect better.”

“I booked a room for a substantial amount of money because my 90 year old father was in the hospital with heart issues. He was supposed to be in for a couple days. A couple hours after I booked the room, he was surprisingly able to be released. The hotel manager was very uncooperative about even listening for my refund request. I had just driven 13 hours straight from North Carolina. I expected a little compassion and empathy but apparently he wanted to get the ridiculous amount of money and then...

“Staff were helpful and pleasant. Nice extra to offer chili in the afternoon at arrival. Food was very good. I’m not a great customer anymore at hotels/motels, had a couple bad experiences in the past. The room was okay, thats about it. Not clean in my view, full pop bottle under the bed, dirty towel in the bathroom on a hook, and a dead June bug on the floor. I liked the vinyl plank flooring by the bathroom. I hated the carpet, too dark and things can hide there. Too fluffy of pillows...
