"Best part was the staff was very helpful and understanding due to the circumstances of our trip. They went out of their way to accommodate our need to extend our stay and were very good about making this happen. Everything was very clean and no issues with the room or facilities"

"Oh gosh, the front desk people were fabulous! Kind, caring, funny, and wonderful, as was the lady who took care of breakfast. What I didn't care for (and I understand the hotel is undergoing renovations!) was that the pool was closed (no notice), the toilet in our bathroom was so low to the ground that it was hard to get up, the grout was missing on the floor in the bathroom, and the channels listed on the TV guide were not available. Other than that it was a good stay. Once the renovations are done, it will be fabulous."
