“Staff was excellent. Great service”

“Had to go 2 different shops to get keys to the room. Also had to pay bond deposit which I am stll waiting to be refunded.”

We received no phone call, email, or any form of communication beforehand. When we spoke to the hotel staff, they repeatedly blamed the third-party booking platform, saying that was the reason for the cancellation. “would have been another star but for the 8 moths in our room. (I captured them all and set them free unharmed.)”

“Easy to locate and loads of parking. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating with an early check in as we were from out of town!”

“Vicky and the reception team were excellent, had a great time with family for my 30th.”

“I've stayed at this motel a few times & every time it's been wonderful from checking in to checking out is great. From Management to staff they are always kind & helpful.”

“It was uncomfortable because the beddings smelt and bathtub was not that clean. The view outside the window was great but accomodation perspective is was not so good.”

“Good”

“Check in took longer due to having to wait for the customers in bar getting served first, a number of whom arrived after me.”
