“Great location.Apartment had everything you could need.Good value. Only niggle is,the apartment is ready for a spruce up.decor just in need of a lick of paint,and some of the furniture was a little tired.”

“Cancelled on me at very short notice. Offered alternative accomodation, I booked a double and was offered a single bed. Not ideal for 2 people so had to decline and partner had to drive the 3hrs home when we had already travelled 3hrs to Liverpool. ”

“Great value for money. Infact you wouldnt find another whole apartment that sleeps 4 plus a kitchen that had all utensils to cater for you and your family. The bathroom has towels ect aswell as a dining area in blackpool for the price, and even bought our dog along. Easy self check-in and out. Weve even extended our 9 day stay for the rest of the weekend and the property manager has been amazing. Will deffo be coming back and would deffo recommend”

“Absolutely fantastic 10/10! The apartment was perfect, it was cleaned to perfection and had everything we needed ( more!). The little home comforts made it feel lovely and cosy. The free parking on the front was brilliant - always been a struggle for us finding overnight parking close to where we've stayed so having the car just outside was amazing. “Property having work done to it at front. Never got a wifi code. So was on mobile data. Grips over. Communication great so friendly my booked room had been trashed but she moved my room around so i had a lovely room. All done before i got there. Very friendly and helpful. Sure if i asked would have got wifi code. Would use her again and recommend her to friends”

“The property was perfect for what we needed. Close to things we wanted to see and do, quiet and comfortable. However, the check in instructions were really unclear and I was scrabbling to send ID and payment details whilst travelling up to the property as this had not be requested and it wasn't until I called to ask for check in details that I was told this was needed. This should be made much clearer.”

“The stairs were ultra steep up to the apartment. Trying to get up and down with luggage and a pet. Thee another set of stairs dividing the bedroom and kitchen and bathroom. It does not look at all like the phot which is probably not the one we stayed in. The bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy. The TV was not connected to the internet so no streaming conten. “Great place to stay locally, shame the sound proofing isn’t better as you can practically hear everything that happens in other apartments but other than that it was perfect. Was lacking a few things encase you wanted to self cook like oven proof dishes and chopping knives but I’m assuming there biggest clientele is people prefer to order in which I’m sadly not. I also received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco which was greatly appreciated”

“Apartment room was good, needed a little more finesse & finishing but reasonable. There were some niggles such as rusty toilet roll holder, shower door that doesn't properly shut, no shelf in the shower room. The main issue however was the entrance & stairs which were very dirty. ”

“The place itself is nice. Internally…… its right above a very noise pub doing karaoke till gone 11. The flat is not sound proof at all. We booked this last minute on a Friday for the Saturday night. At 2pm on the Saturday afternoon i picked up an email saying we need a £150 deposit now and 2 photo forms of ID. 1 for each adult. “When we arrived there were cream chargers (laughing gas canisters), drugs clip bags and smashed glass all over the back yard. Also the end of a weed joint on the top of a door frame and blood on toilet paper. Despite this we were denied our security deposit after the stay ”

“Great communication & clear check in information. The apartment was in the basement with limited ceiling height & a slight smell of damp - but the it was nicely done up with good facilities. ”

“I liked the history of the property ie that it was where lots of celebrities stayed there before they boarded a Cunard liner to cross the Atantic. There were so many other places of interest around the Adelphi which I liked.”
