"The main issue with this hotel is that the staff allowed other guests who were there in large groups to hang around outside their rooms on the balconies, playing music, talking, drinking, smoking, partying meaning that you had no privacy in your room and this went on until 11.00pm. The reception was closed at this time of night and I asked the night porter to quiet them down and he was reluctant. "L'Oiseau de l'Océan was an amazing discovery. It was clean, well-kept and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle was a nice touch ensuring that trips to the beach and Cascavelle were easy. I also enjoyed the on-site sauna. My only complaint is that the wifi was weak and to make calls, I needed to step outside my room. I didn't mind much because I was on vacation and so didn't need to work. Special commendation goes to Jessica and Richard for going above and beyond."
