When we arrived we were informed that there was not a room for us (despite us having received a conformation email from OYO) and the man working the desk mentioned that he has had to explain this to multiple people that night. "Tried to extend our stay but they said no we had to wait until the next day at 5an to move the a new room. When we tried to check out they said they couldn’t do a late check out. It was about 730pm. "
