โIt was the worst hotel Iโve ever been to. Hotel prices were very high because of the exhibition ans soccer events, and I had to do everything myself for the service. If I need a new towel, I had to ask for it, and I had to ask for toilet paper. That was not just for me, it was a form of service in this hotel. It was very shocking. There was no refrigerator in the room, not even a cup. The price is five stars, but the service was the lowest. I have no good memories of Dortmund because of this...
โWir waren jetzt das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel. Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Der Check-In ging รผber Schlรผsselboxen. Hat super funktioniert. Man hatte eine sehr gute Auswahl beim Frรผhstรผck. Man bestellt es bei der Anreise per Mail. Und zur gewรผnschten Zeit steht es auf dem Tisch. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ๐๐๐โ
โI had two rooms booked with breakfast, but for some weird reason only one breakfast per room was included. Even when I made the booking 4 adults were on the booking never had this before not happy.โ
โwas in a big room with Balcony. it was ok. parking side is quiet but road side is little bit noisy. in front there is a coin laundry and was good.โ
โSehr nette Menschen an die Rezeption, sehr sauber in dem Zimmer, sehr tolles Bett, kann man so schรถn schlafen. Schรถnes Bath mit Badewanne und sehr sehr sauber. Laut ein bisschen, von den Straรe, auch die Menschen von Hotel, aber ganz ok fรผr den Preis und die Ecke fรผr eine Nacht.
