I wish we stayed here an extra few days, but our trip was planned on a schedule. We had spacious rooms, the staff were extremely helpful. They greeted us with helpful maps of the area, information on recommended businesses, restaurants, and activities. They also arranged for our car ride to the Da Nang train station. This was a great experience, and my family had a memorable stay, while it was only for a short while.

Great hotel overall with friendly staff. Good location, close to beach. Just note that doors don’t close quietly so lots of slamming doors. Also, Nobu being built in front of hotel with 24/7 construction.

Excellent staff make for a great hotel. From check in to check out, which included plenty of use of all the facilities. All the team were professional, courteous and made us feel very welcome. The suite room was comfortable with an excellent sea view. If you don't mind a small pool (however, the rooftop setting makes up for it) then J-BAY is an ideal hotel at the price point. I recommend and will happily stay again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel. We had a nice ocean view room and the scenery was awesome. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Hotel is accessible to the beach, staff speak well English at reception, they have a desk customer officer to assist tourists. Room is spacious after added in a extra bed.

It was my first time visiting Da Nang with my son. The hotel staffs are very friendly and could speak fluent English so you don’t have to worry about the translation. The hotel is pretty near to the beach, except it’s really chill to visit the beach in the morning. The room that I booked is a balcony suite and it oversees a splendid sea view. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here with JBAY and I will definitely come back if I revisit Da Nang.

Wonderful Stay at JBAY Beachfront Boutique Hotel My partner and I had an exceptional experience at JBAY Beachfront Boutique Hotel. The hotel was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and communicative, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the great airport shuttle service, which was very convenient for our early morning flight. There was a small surcharge fee, but it was well worth it for the ease and reliability of the service. The hotel’s breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. The staff was flexible and accommodating, especially when they helped us get to the airport around 4:00 AM for our early flight. It was a big help, and we really appreciated their attentiveness. The location is fantastic—within walking distance to some amazing food spots and just a short distance to My Khe Beach. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place.

There is high rise now under construction in front of the property with cranes and heavy equipment operated 24hours a day. As construction continues the beach view will disappear. We had a wonderful week staying at this hotel. Location was right by the beach and close to everything else. Amazing views from the roof top infinity pool. Incredible value too for this hotel. But the most outstanding thing was the service. Every single person went to extra efforts to make sure you were taken care of. They even called an employee to hunt down a pastry, banh tieu, that we had tried at a food cart stand and couldn’t locate it again. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an absolutely amazing time staying at JBAY hotel. The staff were attentive, kind and welcoming. I especially want to say that Mai was an amazing host who took the time to answer my questions and suggest many beautiful places to visit. She made my stay even better! The hotel’s location is very convenient and a one minute walk from the beach. The breakfast is amazing for the price and the rooms are extremely large With everything you need. However, there isn’t a phone in the room but I had no problem with this. I think it’s because it’s a new hotel. The next time I stay in Danang, I will stay at this hotel for sure. It’s totally understandable to have a massive construction in front of the hotel and not to inform guests about this challenging situation. It’s so noisy that you can’t rest as they work 24/7 a week, never stop. Why do I pay a premium rate for sea view which is in fact the premium view on this construction. Be warned! Don’t go there. It’s a total loss of money, time and energy.

Overall, our experience at J-BAY surpassed our wildest expectations. We were greeted and attended with amazing hospitality from the staff. Whenever we encountered an issue, the hotel staff would always accommodate us to meet our needs. The pool area, on the other hand, leaves a lot to be desired. The pool itself is rather small when attending the number of guests stating there. That means that there was a limited amount of sunbeds to attend guests at some points throughout the day. But despite this, our stay was undoubtedly one of the best stays we have ever had!

The property seemed very clean and well kept from the reviews and pictures. However, the room was quite unclean when I entered. The bed still had stains and the floor had crumbs everywhere. Housekeeping missed my room for one night even though I had requested it on the light by the doorbell. There was also plumbing noise from the rain which was very loud during the night time. However, the staff was nice and accommodating and the location was decent.

Despite the name, the hotel is not beachfront, but just one street over from the beach. If you book the higher floors, their ocean view rooms are very nice. However, the plat of land in front is under construction, in a couple years, there may not be any ocean views left from this hotel. In any case, for the price, you cannot beat J-BAY. The rooms are quite large, comfortable, and clean. You can just walk right to the beach in 2 minutes. During my stay, I booked room 602 ocean view, but there was a lingering sewer odor smell in the room that I finally moved to another interior room (which was perfectly fine but without the smell and no view). My friend also booked room 702 directly above mine, which was fine the first day or so but by the second day the sewer odor also seeped up. This was very unfortunate because the view from these rooms was so beautiful.
