Everyone was kind and professional, breakfast was excellent both days we were there . The rooms were clean and spacious, the bed was firmer than I prefer but overall we would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing resort just like the photos. nice swimming pool, private beach, biking, free yoga class is a plus! super nice and helpful staff, they are attentive and checking us on whatsapp to make sure we are good and happy everyday. Breakfast is amazing and I missed the Vietnamese coffee!!! They have free shuttle bus to Hoi An too so we made a visit to the town. Love to go back again soon!

Disliked: Amenities

The view from the towers is fantastic and the sunrise is amazing. The food is good and the staff are polite and obliging. The gym is tiny for the size of the resort and the volume of people staying there and using it. There are only two treadmills and one of them wasn’t working. The beach is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, they close the beach frequently as soon as the waves rise above half a metre and say it is “unsafe to swim”. The beach was a main reason we stayed here so this was really disappointing for us. The volume of lounges around the pool is not sufficient for the amount of people staying at the resort. If you want to actually sit by the pool you’ll need to grab a lounge by 830 or you will miss out. The men’s sauna and steam room wasn’t working and neither were the spas in the women’s facility. It is disappointing that the features they advertise are not available especially during peak season when you would expect them to have these sort of things running well. I don’t think I would rush back.

One of the best stays I’ve stayed so far. Their service reflects their 5-star rating and their breakfast selection is well diversified. I highly recommend Naman Retreat for your stay in Da Nang. Special thanks to Min, the front desk reception who closely assisted us and made sure we had a wonderful stay.

The property was extremely beautiful and the staff were excellent. The location on the beach added to the beauty of it all.

We enjoyed our stay at Naman and would stay again. Our ambassador, Min, made our experience comfortable and seamless. She was available via phone everyday for any questions, any thing we needed for our room, she was fantastic. The location of Naman is not in the city centre so it cost more in grab services (their local taxi company) but it was worth it. Beautiful place more on the luxury side, absolutely loved our private pool.
