Excellent location with wonderful services

We had a wonderful time while staying at the “Luxtery Hotel”. Especially the sky bar on the 20th floor and their swimming pool. We have nothing more to say but will be back again for our next trip to this “Wonderful Hotel “

Great 4 star hotel, clean room and amenities. But the closet made my towel smell like cigarettes and the bathroom shower was leaking water everywhere. Safe was broken, but was quickly replaced with a working one after notifying the front desk. It could be just that room though

Everything was great except, it is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel and people were smoking around us and our room smelled very bad and all of our clothes. I went to the front desk and they just said the people are checking out today. The next group that checked in also was smoking. I asked them to wash our clothes and they refused.

スタッフの方々がとても優しく、終始気持ちよく滞在できました。特に受付のNhat Trinh さんは常に私達を気にかけてくれてツアーやマッサージなど予約をしてくれて滞在がとても充実しました！彼女は本当に優しくおもてなしの心が本当に素晴らしい方です！彼女の温かい心のおかげでダナンをとても楽しむことができました。 スタッフは笑顔で声をかけてくれたり、困った時にも親身に対応してくれて、とても安心感がありました。 ダナンでホテルを探している方にぜひおすすめしたいです。 また必ず戻ってきたいと思います！
