We enjoyed a perfect 7 night stay at this wonderful property. From our welcome with cool refresher towels and drinks to check out everything about Mulberry Silk Village was brilliant. Our interconnecting room/s were huge with comfortable beds, massive walk in showers and a few short steps to the pool, one of two available. Breakfast each morning had more than enough options to keep everyone happy

Relaxing hotel on the edge of Hoi An.

The pools were fantastic, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. An excellent hotel to relax in. The hotel is located a short taxi ride from Hoi An old town, which was perfect.

Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, option of two pools, lovely spacious and comfortable rooms! Easy to get a grab into old town and we used the bicycles to go to An Bang beach and old town twice.

Very nice resort with beautiful pools and landscaping. Everywhere was clean, and staff was friendly. Walkable or cheap taxi rides to Old Quarter Hoi An. 4/5 because - Some furnitures including the mattress in our room are old, may need replacement soon, but not a big deal.

7 night stay in Hoi An

Excellent 7 night stay. Great pool and breakfast. Overall a nice place to be out of the busy old town area but within easy reach using hotel shuttle or grab taxi which was about a £1 each way. We used the hotel bikes on one day and my wife took advantage of their Spa offer which was excellent value. Great cocktails and offers etc on these plus good food and room service all very reasonably priced. Staff were excellent and friendly.

Mulberry Collection Silk Village is a wonderful place for a short or long getaway. It is within a walkable distance to the Ancient Town and a 20-minute bike ride through the rice field to An Bang Beach. The resort offers shuttle bus to Ancient Town or the beach. The grounds surrounding the resort are carefully landscaped and maintained by groundsmen. The staff such as the life guards, bellmen, waiting staff at the restaurants and housekeeping services are the core members to keep the hotel running smoothly and lively. Beautiful haven of relaxation and tranquility

This hotel is a short walk from Hoi An but worth the walk. It is a haven of tranquility and such an amazing find. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is OK but will never win prizes. But overall we love it. Spa treatments at 50% off gave us for massages for under £60. We were given a free dinner. And drinks and lunch were yum and very inexpensive. Highly recommend.

The accommodation was excellent. The pools are beautiful, the food was great but the service is above and beyond. We thought it was maybe a little bit further out but after going to the old town we felt we were in the best place because it was quiet and peaceful. A taxi ride in is only $5 aus maximum maybe 7 minutes.

Such a beautiful resort. We stayed in the Trendy wing. Rooms are great but not well insulated - you can hear the other rooms and hallway. Pools and facilities are fantastic. Staff are very friendly but don't seem to like it when you use other transport other than their Shuttle Bus/taxis. Great for a both a short term or long term stay.

The hotel has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The pool are was nice and there was a small kids play area. The room was spacious although the floor was very dirty when we first entered. The room could do with a clothes hanging rack and another bedside table. The staff were lovely and very helpful. They helped to make it an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful Spacious Property

The best part was the huge grounds of the property. Staff were friendly but unfortunately at breakfast maybe due to the furniture they could not join tables outside or inside for our family of 6. The Vietnamese drip coffee was really good quality but unfortunately they do charge if you prefer a latte or americano. The rooms were clean but we had several incidents with the kids sliding the doors into each other when using shower and toilet. The beds were also extra squeaky/noisy even just when turning over at night. The pools were lovely though and the grounds gave the kids some space to run around in a safe area away from the roads.

-: Too far from city center by walk but taxi /bike okay. Bad communication about shuttle to go to the beach as well as silk village tour. No intimacy in the room as you got open view on toilet/shower with broken windows blind. Noisy at night either with room next doors or elevator ring or showers from upstaits. +: Otherwise cosy and clean bed. Nice swimming pool. Average hotel that can be 3 stars.

Almost great

I would love to give this hotel a 5 star review but there were just a couple of things that keep me from do so. I know we are being nitpicky but when compared to all of the other amazing places we have stayed at ont his trip it fell just a little short. First the great things; the grounds are amazing and pools look and feel incredible. For the most part the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional and ready to help so we definitely want to praise that aspect of the hotel. When we went for dinner and got room service the food was very good. There are just two things we found to be lacking. First the room was definitely not a suite, just an okay sized room with two chairs. Moreover, despite the pictures we did not have a separate shower and the shower we did have was an add-on to the tub that not only was very poorly designed and very hard to use with spilling water all over the bathroom and along the wooden window sill (yes window sill as the bath room had huge windows that not only let you see into the room, but also to the main hallway where everyone walked by. There were blinds but it was not very reassuring to have that access to the outside right next to the bathtub. The tub felt like you were about to crash through the floor with every step and creaked enough to make you wary and getting out of the tub onto the Teflon coated floor was very unsafe and we had a couple of slips that could have gone very wrong. The breakfast buffet was also very sub par.
