This is a very nice place to stay in Hoi An and walking distance to shops. The property owner is very friendly and helpful. They serve a wonderful breakfast to the room. I will stay here the next time I am in Hoi An.

Very friendly staffs, good local breakfast served at lobby area, lift available to the rooms, comfortable and clean, tour guide and airport transfer provided at good price, the only little minus point is the door sound proof not so good, we can hear clearly any noise or sound from the room next door, other than that everything is perfect, we recommend this hotel for people who want to visit Hoi An.

Very nice design and newly hotel. There are all needed facilities. Staff are so kind, friendly and helpful. They could assist you anything with a smile. You could rent a motorbike there with good price and good vehicle. Highly recommend and we will definitely back here next time and stay there longer!

Tuan and his family were very hospitable. Arranged affordable transportation to and from airport, and a nice scooter for our visit. Rokas is very close to old town, easy walk, yet far enough away for peace and quiet at night. Many thanks Tuan! 🙏

Amazing hotel

This is an amazing small hotel in the perfect location just a 2 minute walk from the main strip. The family who run the hotel and so kind and are willing to help with everything. There was a small pool area which had jacuzzi jets. You pre order your breakfast the night before and pick a time. All the food we picked was freshly made and it was delicious. The rooms were always so clean. I would recommend for everyone to stay here.

7,9세 아이들과 편하게 묵을 수 있는 숙소였어요. 올드타운과도 멀지 않아서 쉽게 왔다갔다 할 수 있었고 직원분이 정말 친절하셨어요. 방에서 먹는 조식도 좋았고 조식 중에 미꽝이 제 취향이라 매일 먹었네요. 방의 크기는 좀 작았지만 머무르는데는 큰 문제는 아니었어요.
