Perfect, beautiful with everything you need

Wow! What a lovely stay we had here. Very warm welcome and huge rooms with doors that opened up onto the pool. I felt the people at the hotel gebinally wanted to help us whenever they could and weren't just trying to get money from us. They were so friendly and kind. You can hire mopeds and bicycles from reception. Book all excursions with them and they know all the excursions inside out so they help you pick exactly what you want. The hotel will even book flights for you. I could of stayed here for weeks but we were scheduled to move on. A laundry service was also provided and rooms were cleaned to perfection everyday. Thanks again for a lovely stay we were sad to leave.

Wonderful quiet oasis along the river

We extended our stay here twice. The villa only has nine rooms, and the rooms are large. Breakfast is served outside around the wonderful pool that overlooks the river. Their location is outide of Hoi An, but it's why we chose it. Quiet location, and only 10 minutes by bike (they offer them for free) to the old town. It's also a 10 minute ride to the beach. Great place to relax, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The wifi worked well.

Friendly & helpful staff

Everything there were perfect included the staff, facilities, room cleanliness etc. They can managed our pick up from Da Nang airport last minutes when we were still waiting our flight at HCM. Highly recommend you to stay at Ylang Garden.

Hôtel sympa. Récent mais déjà des chambres abîmées (peinture, ...). L'emplacement est buen , au calme, a 5 mn du centre en vélo.

Great staff :)

Absolutely loved our stay at Ylang Garden Villa. The staff were very friendly and helped us book extra flights and trips. They gave us great advise on where to eat and shop. Rooms were modern and spacious. Free bike hire means it's easy to get to both the centre and the beach. Thank you for a brilliant stay :)

Pleasant place, but take a room by the river.

Nice quite neighbourhood. They have bikes, which would probably be needed. Biggest problem is the carpentry business next door. Quite pleasant if he's got a hand saw job, but noisy when he powers_up his plane and buzz saw, and you've got a cheap front room next to him; So go for the rooms by the river that are more sheltered. Swimming pool murky, so assume fairly unfiltered river water. So eco-frendly, but perhaps not best for kids, but very nice place to swim, relax and watch the river flow by. Nice staff

beautiful river view hotel

YLang garden villa was great choice while i was staying in Hoi an for 3nights. This hotel was located between the beach and ancient town but to the beach you can do a beautiful bicycle ride for 15mins while you enjoy views around. I really recommend to do it! to the ancient town and night market just for 10mins taxi ride and you only pay 2 or 3dollars. the staff was very helpful to give me info about tours and what to do in Hoi an. the room was very clean and the pool area was clean and pleasant atmosphere as well. if i go back to Hoi an, i will def stay this hotel again.

relaxing, peaceful and friendly

We followed the recommendation of 2 fellow travellers and booked 4 nights in Ylang Garden Villa. The location is a little out of town and so I am not sure we would have chosen it normally. However, I am so glad we did. It is a little haven of peace and relaxation. It has beautiful views over the river, a luxurious pool with water as warm as your bath and simple but quiet comfortable rooms with great wifi. This is the most relaxed we have felt on our trip around Vietnam and we were really sad to leave. The bikes are free and it took around 15 mins to cycle to the town and the same the other way to the beautiful beaches. We weren’t sure about cycling here but actually it was easy and we really enjoyed a little exercise. The breakfast was fantastic – not the normal buffet but you order as much as you like from the fairly limited but excellent menu – fresh fruit salad, real French baguette, eggs how you like and best of all the banana or pineapple pancake with honey – delicious (and you won’t need lunch!). So all in all it was a delightful experience and the final word goes to the staff who are charming and attentive especially Thuy who couldn’t do enough for us and always had a friendly smile. They even invited us to share their lunch one day – a delightful touch. Top recommendation.

붐비는 시내를 벗어나 평온함을 누리세요

작지만 깔끔하고 조용한 숙소입니다. 수영장옆에서 쉬면 진정한휴양이죠. 시내와 걸어다닐만한 거리가 아니고 근처는 주택가라 식당이 없는게 단점이지만 조용함이 최고의 장점입니다. 가격대비 대만족!

Great property, service hit and miss

Rooms are bright and very clean, quiet, excellent AC, great selection of TV channels and even the room service food was surprisingly very good. Pool area very pretty and relaxing, and the location is sort of half way between Hoi An old town and the beach - taxis cheap and easy, plus the free bikes were a great way to get around. Service was a little hit and miss, I think mainly due to poor English so this can't really be helped. As others have reported, one of the staff members is very persistent about visiting her sister/cousin's tailoring shop to get clothes made - it gets a bit annoying after a while and can spoil your stay if you let it. We're pretty used to being harassed in Asia by touts and a firm "NO" usually works, however I would not expect to be harassed like this by staff within a hotel. Not very professional and a real shame, as it's the only negative point.
