I asked if we could have extra pillows because we have a bit of discomfort when the pillows are not sufficiently elevated. The young lady at the front desk was hesitant. There is a young man, who was obviously more senior, was instructing her how to respond instead of just replying directly to me. She said the hotel only allowed one extra pillow per room.
