The property itself was a 8 min walk from Bunk art which was our reason for staying in that area. Good for that but when we arrived they had no idea about our reservation. The blanket was a rough large towel and the ambience music was so loud you could hear it in the middle of the night. Breakfast was mediocre and the impression of the place was soulless and a mis match of random items. Would not recommend

Il primo impatto non è stato dei migliori, il personale ci ha subito guardati male perché avevamo prenotato con uno sconto. Ci ha quindi dato la camera peggiore nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto. Ci hanno proposto una camera migliore ma con supplemento. La camera era piccola ma pulita e moderna. Nei dintorni non c’è nulla. La colazione consiste in un vassoio con latte, succo, uova sode, pomodori, cetrioli, pane, toast e marmellata senza possibilità di scelta e viene preparata al momento.

Arnavutluk ülkesinin bizim için en güzel yanı

Otel ile ilgili en önemli husus kesinlikle çalışanların nezaketi idi. Giriş saatimize birkaç saat kala bile bizi otele kabul edip mağdur etmediler. Girişimizde ve konaklamamızda en ufak bir sorun yaşamadık. Bayan Barbara ve Bay Chris bizimle ekstra ilgilendi. Odada eksik birşey bulamadık çünkü herşeyi düşünmüşler. Hijyen seti, traş seti, tek kullanımlık kişisel bakım ürünleri, havlu, bornoz vb. Otel çok yeni ve modern, yatak başındaki RGB led çok eğlenceli. Lobisi ve bar kısmı adeta bir sanat galerisi gibi dizayn edilmiş. Ücretsiz odaya gelen kahvaltısı gayet sağlıklı ve doyurucu idi. Otopark alanı yeterli, sıcak su her zaman anında geliyor bekletmiyor fakat duş bölümünün tamamen açık olması duş alırken her yerin ıslanmasına neden oluyordu. Ayrıca odadaki buzdolabının takılı olduğu priz bozuktu, kendi imkanımla başka bir prize takıp çalıştırdım. Odada su ısıtıcısı ve ikram olarak sunulan çay-kahve ve içme suyu yoktu. Oda klima ile ısıtılıp soğutuluyor. Otelde her şey yeni idi çok memnun kaldık. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.
