No AC, no room service , Very tiny towels in rooms. No sea view !!! spa closes at 7 pm. I reserved spa and went in at 6:15 pm and was refused service. Breakfast starts at 8 am so if ur in Dakhla to work or have early flight you won’t be able to eat. Food is good, restaurant and bar employees are good. Laundry is terrible.

I would recommend this property and will certainly return. Only small gripe was that dinner time began at 8 pm , which for myself was a little late, so maybe an earlier time would be good

Stressfull Check-in

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le staff était chaleureux surtout Aboubaker et Jalal. Juste une petite remarque par rapport à la nommée Rabia (cheveux cours)..Ses manières rudes et son manque du sens de relationnel à chaque fois qu on se dirige vers elle pour information ou orientation étaient très visibles et inadmissibles .Sens de contact médiocre. Check in was stressfull .we arrived late at night and we get surprised that our paiment dosent show for them.It took us much longer to get to our room.Especially that the receptionists were not convinced that its all paid for even after showing them evidence..Check out again we wanted to get to the airport 2 hours earlier the receptionist refused saying " there's not just us going to the airport today!!".

Leider stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in dem Hotel nicht. Die Badfugen schimmeln, Poolhandtücher haben Stock- oder Farbflecken (sah nach Blut aus), Bungalow-Tür ging nur mit Gewalt zu, weil sie verzogen war. Gesprungene Scheiben der Eingangstür (wohl seit Monaten kaputt), schwarze Badarmaturen mit abgeschubberter Beschichtung, Salz und Pfeffer verklumpt in Essigstreuern usw. Dann war auch noch Bier und Milch leer. Um Wasser und Besteck musste man sich selbst kümmern, oft gab es keine Teller mehr und der „Kaffee“ hat nichts mit dem eigentlichen Getränk zu tun. Klimaanlage oder Ventilator gibt es nur in höheren Zimmerkategorien – dafür im Bungalow ein toller Geruch aus dem Abfluss inklusive. Die Top-Kategorie „Sea View“ bietet Blick auf einen Erdhaufen und hat mit Meerblick nichts zu tun. Pro Tag ist bei Vollpension nur eine 1,5-Liter-Flasche Wasser inklusive, Bier kostet mehr als auf dem Oktoberfest (über 16 € pro Liter). An der Poolbar war kein Barkeeper da. Die Mitarbeiter haben keine Entscheidungskompetenz, da sie strikte Richtlinien befolgen müssen – allgemein hat man nicht das Gefühl, dass Kundenzufriedenheit im Fokus steht. Eigentlich super schade, denn das Hotel hat viel Potenzial: tolle Lage, bester Spot in der Lagune (bei jeder Tide kurzer Weg zum Wasser), nah am Speedspot, top Sonnenuntergänge und schön angelegte Poolanlage – leider am anderen Ende der Anlage. Insgesamt: OK. Das Erfolgsrezept des Hotels: gute Lage und das Fehlen wirklich guter Alternative.

Das essen war richtig super lecker. Der Poolbereich war super. Dpch die toiletten konnte man nicht schliessen weil das schloss auf der aussenseite der türe war. Die Zimmer waren okei. Aber ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gewartet. Muss mal sanoert werden. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert und die muckennetze waren zum teil nicht dicht. Personal war richtig freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sauberkeit: An sich war alles sauber jedoch lagen teilweise tote kackerlacken auf den wegen zu den zimmern! Personal: Es waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hat gerades das Personal an der Rezeption immer versprochen sich um eine Beschwerde zu kümmern es jedoch meist erst bearbeitet nachdem man es das dritte mal angespornt hat Zustand: Es ist in die jahre gekommen aber zweckmäßig Umgebung: Hier gibt es nicht, aber was will man in der Wüste auch erwarten Unterm Strich würde ich wieder hin fahren aber nur zum kiten.

Excellent hôtel sur la lagune

L'hôtel a un emplacement de choix sur la lagune. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables avec des douches à l'italienne. La literie est de qualité. Les buffets sont généreux et variés. Le personnel aux petits soins, toujours souriants. Adresse à retenir pour Dakhla.

Séjour magnifique

Hotel sensationnel

Tout etait vraiment parfait! L'acceuil chaleureux et tres soigne. Le service etait irréprochable. Les bungalows reunissent confort et elegance. Un havre de paix pour ceux qui veulent juste se reposer et un emplacement au top pour le kite spot. L'hotel possede le meilleure emplacement sur la lagune. Et quoi dire de la nouriture !!! Cest vraiment l'excellence d'un grand restaurant: fraicheur variétés et plats succulents....Un club gere par des prof. Vraiment merci a toute l'equipe specialement youssef et ckakib.... sans oublier la charmante fatima zahra. On y retrouve l'esprit d'un club 5 etoiles vraiment bravo. Merci a tous de m'avoir permis de passer un sejour merveilleux. On y reviendra a coup sur.

Above expectations!

Great hotel and Kitesurfing club. Rooms are clean, food is decent/good. Access to kitesuring is amazing and Kite Club is top notch. We had a great week in Daklha here.
