"Very clean family room on floor 1, had to go and ask for decaf coffee to be told they didn't stock it slightly disappointed. Then spoke to a member of staff who actually went above and beyond and went and got me some. Entertainment didn't happen due to sound technical problems but bingo went ahead slightly later than it was ment to. Evening meal was ok all you can eat buffet but half of the kids menu wasn't available no drinks available other than Very small glasses of water Bar prices reasonable. Only thing I will say staff need to ask the people thats sat in the lobby after 11pm to keep the noise down or returning to the hotel drunk after a night out"

"Best part of the Hotel the staff friendly and welcoming . Personally would never stay again . The building is grand unfortunately time and the owners have not been kind to it. Very dated and neglected in parts. Appreciate that it’s a budget hotel but come on owners update the facilities. Paid £17:95 for a one course meal in the buffet restaurant was not worth it my opinion. So did not stay for breakfast had at a local cafe instead."

"Hand soap at bathroom sink would be useful and some hanging hooks in vestibule and bathroom. Spotless clean, great food and staff."

"Very nice bar and restaurant area (we didn’t eat). Lovely village just outside Scarborough and North York Moors. Room was very n and excellent value for money. "

"We had a really lovely stay at Harmony Lodge. Our room was very comfortable and we had everything we needed and more. Breakfast was delicious and our host was very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here."

"The cottage was beautiful, a few cob webs in the bedroom that need clearing, but nothing too concerning. A little mix up at checking in but all sorted out quickly. The Expedia listing could do with more photos and information. Overall, would certainly look to book again in the future"
