This was my second stay, two years apart. Both stays Sandra checked me in and made me feel cared for. Her customer service skills are incredible and natural. She went above and beyond this stay to provide me information so I wouldn't have to leave the hotel and could just rest. She is incredible! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The pool looked clean and welcoming.

Mobility accessible room was actually wheelchair accessible! The bathroom is designed to roll a wheelchair in and there is a shower with a bath chair to make wheelchair transfer easy and a low/reachable handheld shower head. Staff was super nice, friendly, and helpful.

We enjoyed this property so much that we came back after booking a cheaper hotel nearby. This Best Western is clean, has a nice little indoor pool/hottub, exercise room, laundromat, snacks for purchase. All of the staff we talked to were awesome. The rates are super affordable. The handicapped rooms are actually wheelchair friendly! There is also a ramp to the front door/lobby and all the halls and doorways are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair.
