The hotel itself was great. The transportation was disorganized and lacking. I was asked what time I needed the shuttle. They put me on the list for the time I requested. When I came down she said okay for my shuttle time then 5 minutes before I was supposed to be taken to airport front desk told me driver was just picking someone up at airport. I was 30 minutes late from what I had scheduled. Also, hotel called driver after he left with me and said he’d left someone else that had signed up for shuttle. He asked me if I had time to go back. I did not. That guest had to take an Uber. Desk doesn’t communicate with shuttle driver or driver with front desk.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property is that it did not have microwave in the room and they told us about the breakfast but forgot to tell us about we had to pay for breakfast.

The hotel offers 24 hour shuttle, which was a great benefit. Staff were friendly, room clean, beds comfortable and lots of pillows to choose from.
