I couldn’t even sleep there. There was a bloodstain on the bed. They wouldn’t give me another room roaches.

It was so noisy and loud, I couldnt sleep! And noone told us there was an elevator. We had an elderly lady with us and it was hard for her to take the stairs. I do not recomend it.

Customer care staff are pathetic. They yelled at me just to ask if they have any coffee maker. I was going to stay for 5 days and I requested if they can provide me coffee maker. Once the guy yelled at me then I checked out same day and they charged me for 2 days and refunded for 3 days

Cowboys game/just an OK spot to stay overnight
The room was very minimal. There's even a huge area where it was wasted space. I need to read details better. Expected at least a mini fridge. None. No iron/board. Very plain. Location is ok. I would not stay there again. The beds moved a lot. Not comfortable at all. Just glad it was for an overnight stay.

Decent price for the game day/ holiday weekend. Decent location also. Room 142 was clean but there were roaches in there. Not sure id want to stay here again if the bug/roach problem isnt fixed

I arrived at 10:30pm to check in from out of town. When i gave my id, the receptionist said that i had already checked in earlier that day and that she had given my key earlier. I told her that it was impossible since i had just arrived from out of town. She showed me the computer and said that someone with my exact name checked in already. Also stated that if i needed another room to pay for it. I called police to see who checked in with my name. When police investigated it turns out that the receptionist checking another different person with my reservation. I believed someone was using my name. Im glad we figured it out and nothing bad happen. Receptionist was on a video chat when i was talking to her. I believe she didnt notice when she made this mistake.

Worse experience ever
Had things taking out of my vehicle. Hotel did nothing but ask give number of local pd. Because I was from out of town I did not have time to wait hrs for pd to show up so things that I worked so hard to get are no longer in my possession.

Cost was good , location was good Windows were very dirty and made a terrible first impression . I had winedex in my car so I cleaned them and later showed the attendant who was in the parking lot what a difference this made. The room was 117. A simple widow cleaning would make it look like someone cared about the appearance of cleanliness.
