One night stay. It was nestled in a neighborhood in Plano, nice quite overall. I have stayed in some very noisy hotels, but this one is fairly quiet. The check in was easy and the checkout was very easy. The breakfast was the typical hotel easy serve yourself type, but the food was fresh and hot. Small breakfast area but not over crowed on a Friday morning. The room was a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen, perfect size and quailty, and clean.

This hotel is a hidden gem but had little issues that have to be dealt with. It’s in a really quiet area. Bedding and pillows were excellent. However, the only mirrors in the room are both in the bathroom: full body and vanity. So if you’re sharing a room and someone is in the bathroom, you can’t do anything that requires a mirror (hair, makeup). Everything on the property was great but housekeeping needs to step it up. Our coffee counter was stained and sticky, and whatever was used to clean the shower was used to clean the vanity lights and bathroom walls so there were some pubic hairs on light fixtures and up on the walls.

The room was perfect since i needed 2 bedrooms. I like everything about the set up, amenities and everything else with the room. Staff was really nice also. Need to check out the beds though. My grandson may have had bites from bed bugs. They weren't discovered until he got home.
