“The lobby AC and hallway AC was broken we had a personal situation come up and had to check out early they didn't give back our money yet and maybe not still wait and Expedia left it up to the hotel still trying to get a refund I asked the staff at the front desk for a copy of out check out we got nothing now we have to get the bank in involve”

“I may have written the review but stay way from this property. I prepaid for three nights si I stayed anyway but was sorry i did. I felt unsafe the entire time. No elevator to the second floor either. Uncomfortable furniture, bad plumbing, bad parking lot (like parking in a truck parking lot with pot holes), no breakfast as advertised. They are trying to remodel but I dont think thats possible. Sometimes it just time to tear it down.”

“We use this property when we go to Houston. It has everything we need. The staff has always been very helpful.”

“We had to be moved twice. The first room stank so bad we had to move. The 2nd room had mold Al in the shower. It was terrible, we cancelled our 3 day stay immediately!”

“Our group thought the free breakfast in the morning was good. Probably the best of our Texas trip. The gym was clean and organized. My brother and dad said the pool was good.”
