"The hotel is so luxurious. The room, wellness, restaurant, service and ambiance are perfectly fine! Especially we can bring our lovely dog in the hotel for our 2 nights stay. There is a park behind the hotel where can our dog do the walking while enjoying the nature. "
"Everything about the hotel was amazing
Location was great, super walkable and quiet center of everything. Highly recommend it and the staff were super kind friendly and nice as well"
"Good location, near a bus stop which takes you directly to Centraal and Zaanse Schans. Room was clean, modern and well equipped. Only downside is there is an additional charge to use the pool. "

"Quirky colorful and whimsical hotel. Relatively residential neighborhood. Shortish walk to Metro... somewhat longer walk to free ferry that takes you to Amsterdam. Not much going on in the neighborhood, but close enough to the fun/excitement."
"Lovely hotel and very quirky. The beds were excellent and all staff were outstanding and friendly.
Negatives were lighting in the room was to dark when getting ready to go out and do make up plus no full length mirror. "
"Fully automated hotel where front door and your room all open using buttons on your phone which was very novel and worked well. Impeccably clean, newly refurbished and high quality amenities etc "
"Really enjoyed my stay. It was clean and very cozy. I also love how easy it was to get to the closest metro station. Only 1 min walk!
Thanks you Tribe team for making my stay very comfortable. "
"We had a lovely holiday despite the negatives I'm about to list. If Europarcs implement improvements this could be a lovely park to stay in!
The cleanliness of the property was poor, there were cobwebs everywhere, not just one or two but down behind everything was matted with them, the downstairs toilet was smelly. It seemed like the "broom clean" you're asked to leave it is all that you arrive to. Didn't help that the attachments did not fit the vacuum so i was unable to remedy myself!
The AC was leaking significantly which we reported but was not resolved despite assurance an engineer would be sent. This was particularly inconvenient as it was a very hot week.
There are no doors between ensuite and the room which is a privacy issue ehen using facilities but also the heat/moisture from showering fills the room making it even warmer than it is already.
The facilities looked good, the swimming pool was small but adequate, the sauna however requires a daily deposit of 38 euros and can only be used during reception opening hours of 9-5. It would have been nice to use in the evening, same with the pool.
The restaurant was nice and we enjoyed an evening there.
The shop was poorly stocked and not open the day we arrived. We made use of other supermarkets including Albert Heijn in nearby Marken.
It was a handy location to access lots of places/activities outside of Amsterdam and you could use public transport to access Amsterdam itself. FYI the bus is expensive, train l"
