The staff is super friendly and the location perfect. The best thing about this hotel is its charm. We were told the hotel is 300 years old and so it had so many beautiful features. A special spot!

This hotel had everything: impeccably clean, authentic, modern, roomy lounge, helpful staff, and best of all - close to everything we wanted to walk to. I had the garden room with jacuzzi tub. I was in heaven. The tub was longer than me and fit two, thats a first for me. Ill be staying there again!

Loved our room, BUT folks need to be aware not all rooms booked are in the main hotel, some are down the block in another building. Still very traditional Amsterdam. Amazing lounge with food options in the main hotel. We were there in December and the hotel was decorated for the holidays. This hotel has a very cozy feel.

Wonderful staff would couldn’t do enough to help. Beautiful hotel with gorgeous modern decor. Fabulous room with sunken jacuzzi bath and walk in shower with biggest bed I’ve ever seen! Free bottle of wine as vip! Delicious breakfast cooked to order. Didn’t want to leave!

Our reservation said that we have VIP, which would’ve given us a free bottle of wine, but the hotel said that they did not see it so could not acknowledge it. We absolutely loved the dining area. Breakfast was wonderful and the ambience was magical. The bedroom decor was not something we would’ve chosen, but it was nice.The amenities provided in the bedroom were wonderful. The bathroom was fantastic! Very luxurious. The staff was lovely and very helpful.

Good 2-night work trip

I did not use restaurant but did hire a bike. Nice room, clean, good coffee machine, free water bottles replenished each day. Helpful staff. Great location.

The location was perfect. It places us on /near the canals and close to Anne Frank museum. Check in staff were very helpful, gave us a list of recommended restaurants and we enjoyed 2 of them! We were close enough to walk to/from central train station. Every one very friendly and room was comfortable. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, made to order.

Great stay in a lovely area of Amsterdam. Away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas but still had many bars and restaurants within steps. After exploring every in of Amsterdam I can say this was the best hotel decision I could have made. Beautiful old decor with great hospitality. From reception to bartender I couldn’t be more happy. Highly recommend!
