Room was upgraded . Very helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean on 3rd floor. Outside room overlooking the beach. Could be noisy. Walking distance to the beach. Can hear the waves from our room. see picture. Walking trail not on sand. Nearby beach better. Great breakfast. Parking is free and under the hotel, safe. The only bad thing is the Internet.

So obviously the location was our first purpose for booking let me tell you I have traveled for work and spent many of nights in hotels for business or pleasure I have met many staff members over the years, all the stuff that I ran into at this Best Western were excellent friendly, welcoming and very helpful when the times came I had an issue with the Expedia looking process and being disappointed and one of the staff members Napoleon without hesitation made one of my nights even more awesome than it already began and it had nothing to do with the company just the booking agent Expedia. Whomever manages this place and hires their employees as a small business owner myself and Prides myself in whom works for me and how they manage themselves I feel like this property owner and management team takes great pride versus just finding whomever they can off the streets to fill a void. The staff is great , very responsive to requests. We stayed on the 2nd floor and had a room with the view of the beach , that was nice. The building is old so the walls and floors are thin and the room below us complained they could hear us. Overall, it was a nice stay, but I will not stay there again.

I didn’t find anything wrong with my stay! From the super clean room, jacuzzi awesome in the room. The ocean view was great and got to see the sunset from outside the patio area. If you plan to go to the beach it’s about 10 min walk. The staff were friendly and helpful. I just wished I stayed extra days!
