“The place is OK as a base which we used it for whilst we were in the area. The food was nice with the added beneit of a Gluten free menu and they do have separate prep areas for food. Rooms nice, although a little dated and some need a little attention in places. Reasonably priced for both food and drink, service can be a little slow at times. Bar area gets busy we tended to sit in the restaurant area as it was more quieter. Breakfasts tasty, good selection of food and hot food if you want...

“There was no breakfast available even though it was part of the deal and no chef to cook a dinner. In view of the lack of food I checked out and went elsewhere. The Globe staff were very friendly and understanding and told me to contact you for a refund which I am doing.”
