“El apartamento es muy amplio y tiene todo lo basico, le faltan algunos detallet para ser excelente, pero lo básico lo tiene, sobretodo para unos días de trabajo. La cama es cómoda y el aire acondicionado potente. La zona no es muy buena, no hay apenas tiendas o restaurantes alrededor y de noche es bastante oscura”

“Perfect for business trip and also vacation if you wish to look around the old city and Nicosia. Situated on a quiet street across the Central Bank of Cyprus it is close to many financial institutions and also the old city. The facilities are excellent with a gym on 2nd basement floor and the room is quiet spacious and nicely & neatly furbished with all the appliances. The staff is also helpful and ready to assist. Good name among businessmen who visit Nicosia regularly and also to taxi drivers.”

“Upon arrival in my room the smell that greeted me was unbearable. It was coming from the drains and the whole room smelt awful. When shown the only other available room which was adjacent to my room, that room smelt also badly of drains. Thankfully Aiden was very helpful and allowed me to move to a flat in the hypnos residences which was wonderful and much preferable to the hotel. “Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer groß und absolut sauber. Großer Nachteil: es war vom Fahrtlärm der Straße dermaßen laut, dass ich keine Nacht gut schlafen konnte. Die Lage ist soweit ok, man sollte aber vorher wissen, dass der nächste Supermarkt/Pub einfach 1,5 Kilometer entfernt liegen und das Zentrum nochmal 300 Meter weiter entfernt liegt. Dafür sind der Preis inklusive Frühstück trotzdem ziemlich gut.”
