가성비 무난하고 나름 깔끔한 편입니다.
레스토랑은 없지만 아무때나 공동 주방에서 직접 간단한 음식을 준비해 먹을 수 있어 그런면에선 장점이라고 생각합니다. 또 야외 테이블이 있어 저녁에는 차나 외부세서 사온 간단한 안주에 맥주한잔 하기에도 딱이구요. 이런 규모에 야외 수영장이 있다는 것도 장점이여서 아이들이 있는 가족단위 투숙객들에게는 좋을거라 생각됩니다. 다만 아쉬운점은 근처 NCCC몰이 화재로 닫는 바람에 식당 및 편의시설이 불편했습니다. 그리고 안내데스크에서 체크인때 좀더 세련되고 친절하게 손님은 맞이했다면 좋았을텐데~ 하는 아쉬움이 남았습니다.

친근하고 가정집같은 호텔
편안하고 가정집같은 분위기 조용하고 좋았네요 아이들이 있어 수영장이용이 아주좋았네요. 공동ᆞ주방이용으로 간단한 음식은 해먹을수 있어 좋았 습니다.한가지 위치적으로 공항쪽이동시 교통체증지역을 통과해야해서 이동시 시간소비가 많았네요

Mini garden resort hotel
The facilities were very nice and clean. It was nice to be able to cook meals in their kitchen. The breakfasts were basic Filipino foods to which we added soy sauce and a few things. The pool was lovely and deep. It is located near a main road so public transport wasn't a problem. We stayed here before Covid in 2019 and were just as happy this time. Our room was very nice with great air-conditioning and may have been recently updated.

The breakfast was terrible and without any choice. We are the two flavorless items served without any other option. The one of only two attendants, lied when he claimed there was coffee in the room. There was none and none to be provided. I'll not stay here again, ever

I didnt undersrand why therebwas nonwater in the room nor tea of coffee even though there was a kettle Also... room isnt made up unless you hang the sign on the door

I have stayed at this property many times in the past! It was always very good, however, this time it was not up to par with the other visits. Seemed to be under different managements. Not enough staff. The pool is still great!

The breakfast was very basic and could do with a bit of a revamp. Most staff were helpful although English seemed to be an issue for some.

A bad taste in my mouth
I stayed for 2 nights, and booked 3 rooms....my 2 dependent sons had their own rooms....no complaints of the rooms....nothing fancy, just plain ol' jane rooms, with no phones in the rooms....the pool is a nice touch....we needed to check out of one room a couple hours later, because our flights were in the afternoon....and we had no where to leave our luggage....the hotel charged us extra 600 php....after checking out....the hotel noticed on of the face cloth had a stain on it from an ink pen....they wanted me to pay and extra 500 php to have it cleaned?....I don't agree with is extra charges....the face cloth is only worth maybe 50 php, if it is brand new....it was very well used face cloth, and it had made a lot of php before we accidentally stained it....the hotel made a lot of monies from our 2 night stay with 3 separate hotel rooms, that we paid in full....they did not need to try and nickel and dime us out of more unnecessary monies for a rag....this left a bad taste in my mouth, and I do not wish to return to this hotel because of their greed....I don't think we will return to this hotel next time we travel to davao city?

Very beautiful inside staff are very accomodating if anything changes ill add on to this for now I am keeping the review simple. Approx 30 minutes or so drive from the airport with a taxi and on a side note the pool is wonderful at night.

Great Place!
Stayed for 4 nights (in executive- and Superior-room) . The location is great, you have many restaurants within 300 meters. The rooms is is very good condition! The pool and the sun-area is fantastic! This is a resort in the city! - some of the staff May need some improvement in customer service. All over a great experience!

very clean and a good place to stay ,,, but dont look for the nccc mall , sadly it was destroyed in a massive fire last april ,, swimming pool is nice and warm, hot water shower is the best ive had after staying in and around davao at about 12 different hotels , i will stay there again if i can get the same price i had before i was there for 9 days

Better bring your ear plugs! Great location - across from major eateries. Very attentive staff. Clean rooms. But ... 1. AC was VERY noisy. 2. Lots of stray cats in heat = screaming all nights = unable to sleep. 3. Located next to a major thoroughfare = sirens, car noise, etc. = can't sleep. 4. Do not provide drinking water in the room. The water dispenser in the common are was broken. 5. Clean bed linens but no blanket. WTH? It seems like they have different "levels" of rooms ... so maybe other rooms are better (probably reserved for the locals). Bottom line: OK if you are on the budget. Otherwise, pay more and stay in a full-service hotel.

the staff was excellent but to hear how new management will in the future be treating guest and their visitors would be a shame. Management wants to charge for amenities just wrong.

Very nice hotel
Staff were very accommodating especially the morning shift, rooms are very nice and clean. The place was also quite and peaceful. 5 stars for this hotel
