I've been three times this hotel and I saw improvements.
Day 1: Booked via Expedia, but the hotel staff hasn't monitored my booking, so I waited longer on the concierge.
Room, extra spacious-like it. The comfort room is spacious but I saw little species of cockroach on the door crevices, thank's God it's not flying.
Day 2: I re-booked via Expedia, we'll the key card is not activated when I entered my room. Again took so long for the concierge to settle my online booking. Not quite happy, there's no water! For the mid-afternoon.
I suggest to have a local landline for the room, ask the guest if he wants to have bedding replaced after a day re-booking.
I not so angry for the price, I think it's worth the price? or just needs improvement.
