Arrival was great, check in went smooth. We were supposed to have a Oceanside room from the picture and from the top dollar choice I made I assumed it was ground level(my mistake for assuming I guess) it was quite a hike as we were given the 5th floor. Elevator was extremely slow the whole stay, and also very in need of an upgrade. Our room was cute minus our front door had to literally be slammed to close and you could still see the outside from inside. It was very windy our first two days and the shower head literally rattled the whole two days from the wind shaking the hotel. Upon returning one day we realized our room was left completely open, lock flipped inside to keep door open and no maids left on our floor and no maintenance either around.. we called down and basically felt like I was laughed at for my insane concern for finding my room wide open with all my valuables inside the room. Was told someone would call back that never called back. Parking passes say ALL keys must be left with parking staff for cars parked behind others, trying to leave Saturday morning for our flight I was greeted with a car not even in a parking spot parked directly behind ours when I had a strategic plan of parking in a spot with no second spot behind it haha. I then asked a attendant as I thought for help with basically a lost look and watched him stop sweeping outside to go inside and mop away from me lol. For the price I guess you’re getting what you pay !
