The property itself was old, run down and smelled foul. I was a little hesitate to stay but the beds and sheets were clean. The smell might have been the cleaning products they used and possible mildew. The price was right.

Have nothing but good things to say about Donna and her hospitality at the motel. She made things very quick and painless for check-in. The room was very clean and renovated even though the hotel is old and rustic which is kind of quaint and relaxing. It's a great place to spend a few nights near the beach and the nightlife. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and thank you again Donna for your hospitality! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel room was clean and the property host was very nice. She is renovating and our bathroom door wouldn’t close but all in all a decent room for the price.

I didn't feel comfortable around the workers they seem very rude on edge and my room was just dirty I end up having to reclaim the whole thing and I had to change my bedding due to there was crumbs on one bed and the other bed was so wrinkled like someone slept on it

Hotel not properly rated. At most a 7, definitely not an 8.4. Blood stained comforter, dirty bathtub, outdated bathroom, access to beach is washed away and blocked off, poor insulation & loud, hotel called at 4am for no reason while sleeping. Would not recommend.

Place was nice and clean. We throught iit was right on thr beach side . But it was crossed the street from the beach.. we did not have have hot showers. When we was their but she was having tech to come look at it. They did have window broke and they clean some up about 12am but took couple day to get alll of it. Did take while get reply back from my text message. Could not get her on the phone.

This is our 3rd year in a row staying at Studio 1 for a Daytona trip. You cannot beat the morning sunrise view and easy beach access. Very comfortable amenities.

Sweet

This is our third year in a row staying at Studio One. Sweet little old school motel right across from the beach. Management went above and beyond to accommodate. Love this place!
