I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay. We go out of our way to be sure that guests are informed of the repairs happening to our seawall and pool. I have checked and you were sent an email and text informing you of this directly from us at the time your reservation was confirmed. You were also sent an email from Expedia with this information. Next time you stop in Daytona it should all be repaired, though.

Ma'am, you snuck your dog in and then you didn't take it outside, you let it urinate on the floor in your room and you left it. Why would you stay in a room with urine on the floor? You were here for a couple days and you just walked around the mess on the floor and never said anything to me even though we spoke face to face during your stay? As I stated on the phone, we do not run that type of establishment, our cleanliness is top notch. You were charged accordingly. I sincerely apologize for the lack of beach and pool. I was not rude to you, I simply stated facts. While we welcome pets, we do expect our guests to clean up after them. Thank you for understanding.
