"The facility itself was great except that our room smelled like sewage gas from the bath tub and sink. Also, our taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong location. There are two Radisson Hotels on Tottenham Court Road, so we had to pay a taxi twice to get to the right place. The guy who works there said about 20 people per day go to the wrong locality. That’s inexcusable! They should deferentiate the two localities! The English breakfast was outstanding; the staff all went out of their way to accommodate us. The bathtub/shower was extremely dangerous. The tub’s slant made it difficult to stand in the tub to take a shower without losing one’s balance, and the sides of the tub were so high as to be difficult to climb out of without falling. "

"Rooms are compact as you may expect at this price in London. Bathroom was a glass box side the room. Could only access the bed from one side. Fabulous location & great staff. If this is your budget it’s a good enough choice"
