The location was excellent, right next to the train station, which made getting around London very convenient. Although you can hear the trains, the noise wasn’t too disruptive and I quickly got used to it. Breakfast was also very nice, with a good selection. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and found the location especially convenient for exploring London.

Amazing staff who truly went above and beyond. Location right next to Charing Cross station which is very convenient for Trafalgar Square, theatre district as well as a short walk to London Eye and County Hall. All in all a very civilised hotel for central London, a hidden gem with very little to criticise.

We have a family of four, 2 adults and two children under 10 and stayed for four nights, The hotel is perfectly located next Trafalgar Square, everybody there was extremely accommodating and helpful. The hotel was excellent I would say even nicer than my tour of Buckingham Palace. … We really enjoyed the stay there and we definitely go back.
