“Overall satisfied and it felt like home”

“The room was clean and organized and the staff were very professional great service”

“I love this place and will always come back. Excellent facility!”

“Disappointing stay—nothing like the online impression Island Seas Resort looked much better online than it did in person. Cockroaches and poor cleanliness were major concerns, and the services fell well short of what I expected from a resort. There was no dining available during my stay. The only option was a coffee shop open for a couple of hours, offering coffee and a muffin. There was no concierge, and I ended up renting a car to get groceries and drive elsewhere for meals. “Sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, Klimaanlage wurde ausgetauscht, allgemein wurden viele Zimmer renoviert bzw,. noch nötig”

“Room was great! Drains drained in shower and sink. Low water pressure 😔”

It took hours to get towels replaced. I did not have WiFi in my room my entire stay. The first day I notified staff, I was told “all rooms have...
