“There is nothing to dislike about staying at the Newport DaysInn. I do recommend that if you make reservations in advance, stipulate a ground level room rather than upstairs....if you're over 65 years of age.”

“Beach view”

“spacious & clean room plus beautiful beach”

“Room was fantastic. But I heard a loud running noise from upstairs, and I could hear it from the next room.”

“Clean room”

“The bed was so comfortable.”

“It was beautiful, it felt like home!!”

“Great.”

“Check in went smoothly, the lady at the front desk was helpful and kind. We enjoyed the room and would stay here again.”

“The staff went the extra mile by adding a Happy Birthday balloon, candy, swan folded towels, and a 'Lets Celebrate' banner in our room for my friends 60th Birthday. So sweet and unexpected. The room was clean and comfortable. The heater only blew cold air but turning it off was an option. We would go back and I would recommend the property. It's an older building but a great option for a fair price!”

“This is Newport's best kept secret! I almost hate to have others discover it but I also want them to succeed so that they'll stay around! Truly unique experience. Utterly charming accommodations, tastefully decorated, clean and a great host. It is rare to find a true Bed and Breakfast on the coast and this is it. Complementary drink and appetizers in the evening and continental breakfast bar PLUS hot breakfast option in the morning! Plus where else can you find accommodations on a stern...

“Tried booking thru Expedia and it was a mess. Ended up double booking me , and charged more than the quoted price. The Ocean House was great. Expedia experience was dreadful.”
