“The staff were amazing, couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were superb, a really comfy bed and excellent shower. Cracking breakfast 😋and again the staff were awesome. The only downside was paper thin bedroom walls! We were treated word for word to next door’s phone conversations at all times of day!!”

“The staff were lovely and helpful.
Plenty of parking available.
We were in room 212 which is up in the attic. It's okay for us, but probably not for very tall people.
Unfortunately we had no breakfast to review.”

“My room was a lovely suite with its own kitchen and sofa. I think furniture lay out could be changed so you could watch TV from the sofa rather than just the bed.
My TV didn’t work the first night but the staff fixed it the second night, and offered me another room if they couldn’t.
Breakfast was nice and lots of choice. Hot food cooked fresh.
The hotel is more central than I thought so easy to walk into town along the river or even to the large garden centre.
A big downside is my room was...

“The room smelled musty and all night long there was banging and noise as we were on the ground floor right next to reception area and entrance. Didnt notice how bad until we went to bed. At 211:90 pm, 1:00 am went to front desk to complain or change room but no one there. It was a terrible experience. Will not stay there again - it made it worse that we drove for 5 hours to get there to attend a funeral in the morning.”
