"I booked the room with early check In request, along with Continental Breakfast, due to long drive from Canada to Chicago with a 3 yrs. Old boy. I arrived at counter, and asked him nicely to check my reservation. Without even looking my name and reservation info, He replied comeback at 3 pm. No hi no Good Afternoon nothing. I asked him to check in the system, He said No for early check in, we charge extra $30.00. Check in time is 3 pm. I came at 2:30 pm. But he refused to check the system. While we were talking another guy came in to conversation. Do not know, he was manager or the owner. Start threatening me, that he will cancel my reservation. I replied don't threat me. He is loud and shouting on me. Again doesn't want to check. My son said dad just wait for half an hour. I said ok we set and waited. The other man who came in middle told the guy at reception to give me Room 213. I didn't know, what's that mean or what he was referring too. I got my room keys. Came in. There was no Microwave, No Refrigerator, TV wasn't working and AC wasn't cooling enough. I didn't said nothing. My wife went to washroom and called me complaining about toilet bowl wasn't tight and as soon as you sit , It moves. I was so tired, I told her less forget it and we will deal with it after. We need to go and attend wedding. We came back late night. AC wasn't cooling at all and was very hot. I called no answer. We just turned the Fan on high and slept. Couldn't sleep all night. We went for bre"

"I arrived about an hour before official check in time and was told there was a Rule that they couldn't check in anyone before 4pm. The lobby is small & there was no place to sit so many people were just sitting in front of the building making it look like a corner hangout - not a good look. Most hotels will at least check whether a room is available. The front receptionist got into several disagreements with guests while I waited. The room was very dated & needs updating. There was only 1 face towel & 1 bath towel in the bathroom. The TV remote felt sticky Good points: Parking was available & easy. Elevators worked. Air conditioner worked well. Pillows were comfortable. Room was quiet & I didn't hear outside noises"

"The stay was good until it was constant arguing and fighting from the neighbors kept me up thru the night and trying to find a working ice machine was definitely a cardio workout and still did not find one. No turn down service was provided the construction outside was an eye sore the cookies were amazing though bathroom was kinda dirty but didn’t complain just cleaned it myself overall it’s an average stay that was interrupted with fighting and arguing from neighbors"

"I stayed here for a night but it was most horrible stay of my life. I arrived hotel at 1 am (Late night). They gave me key and i intered in room. When I entered, I saw room was already used and not cleaned. Somebody ate food there and remaining food and empty water bottles lying there. I also found one room key in room. I immediately informed front desk but no body turned up. The room has bad smell like something has decomposed in room like rat or something. The smell was so unbeatable and i could not sleep at all. Early morning I went to front desk and the guy told me that owner himself came and knocked door but I have not opened it, however i have not heard any knock on door. The smell was so unbearable. I k st wanted some rest as next day I have to drive, so I just used pain balm applied on my nose and head and tried to sleep for couple of hours. My worst experience here in the hotel."
