"I would not recommend this place for more than 1 night. Check in process was weird, they did not ask for my IF or card to put on file? There was only one older lady working the entire afternoon into the evening and only one lady the next day. We asked several times for towels and wash clothes to shower after the water park and never received any, we finally went back to the next and she found 2 towels in the back office- more like a large hand towel. We went back to the water park and took pool towels to shower. The water park bathrooms were very run down and not very clean. The “party” area the next morning that I walked by was a mess, good all over the floor, cups, water bottles etc. I had called and asked if there was coffee in the lobby, the lady said, I’ll make some. They only had powder creamer and after asking for something to stir it with, she said she could not find any utensils even though they had a little breakfast nook with a microwave & utensil holder. The water park and arcade hours are only 10-8pm, nothing posted or explained at check in. You can’t check in until 3pm, so you only get 5 hrs the day you check in to do both and you have to check out by 11am the next day so you only get 1hr. In the water park & arcade. Basically if you stay 2 days & 1 night, you get 6 hrs for both attractions for $340. Not worth it to stay the night in my opinion. It was ok for a little get away but you get what you pay for….. they could do some much better and it could be a nicer"

"Continental breakfast. Air in room was heavy, no smell but heavy air. My dealbreaker was NO smart TV. Regular cable TV without channel guide. Had no idea what I was watching. Decent place, a little dated. Probably wont return. "

"We tried checking in. We were suppossed to have two rooms. First room was satisfactory, second room had not beem cleaned. Beer cans all over the floor, one of the beds wasn't made. Window was wide open and it was 40 degrees out. Went back to the front desk, they gave us a new room. Went to check that one out and neither bed was made all the bedding was laying on the floor, there was an electric air purifier running. Went back to the front desk and told them we were gonna find a different hotel. "

"There may have been some issues upon initial check in with staff miscommunication. They allowed us access to the pool before our check in time and were accommodating! The pool was the highlight of our child 's stay! Breakfast was wonderful. We Would stay again. "
