"I felt safe for the three weeks I was there. Breakfast had variety and was generally good. Food staff seemed inadequate some days and slow to clean off tables but most were friendly. The maid service was daily and very good but I don't think they had time to thoroughly clean between folks coming in. For the price and the security it was a nice option. I would use them again."

"We were enjoying the property immensely until the occupants above us started running, jumping, doing acrobatics. Ignored it until they finally wore themselves out at 12:30 am. Hoped that the next night they would be gone, but it again went on for hours. I called the front desk at midnight and was assured it would be checked out. At 12:30 it was still going on, I called again. Guy said people came in and he couldn’t deal with it, but would now. It finally ended around 1:00 am. When we checked out I asked the desk clerk about it and he laughed and said he must have called the wrong room, because the guy had been asleep. No help whatsoever. For someone traveling with a spouse in a wheelchair, which in itself can be stressful, this was 100% more stressful. We had been planning on staying here whenever in Seattle, now not so sure."

"Check in is very slow. They have one person on during prime check in times ( over 60 minutes and next in line). The waiting staff in the afternoon have attitude and make snarky comments behind customers backs. Two of the days the snacks were very stale. Due to renovating the lobby, there was limited seating. Afternoon bartender and waitress: Instead of marking where a guest could hang out in the lobby they would get noisy. When asked if this was an ok space, they would leave and roll their eyes. Overall the room was great, but I don't want to be in my room all the time. The pool was good."
