Room was booked for 5 and only had two double beds so parents shared with a 6yr old, We arrived late and front desk we were told was upstairs cleaning rooms, an array of people were walking in and out during our time waiting in the reception, lady at check in was friendly, room was tidy but area felt like hotel was not just for travelers. Would select elsewhere next time

Food was decent, Room was super clean, actually was comfortable enough to get under the blanket… most hotels in northern Washington are super sketchy and you just walk in feeling like you need a shower and walk out feeling like you need an exorcism… we will come back here for sure for next business meeting we have in Everett.

It was a very pleasant experience. Quiet and peaceful and not to mention staff was very helpful for when someone parked in the veterans parking spot and wasn’t a veteran so they figured out who it was and had them move for me. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great stay
Family trip. Heated pool always a plus. Had a couple of special requests and they accommodated both of them. Complimentary full breakfast. Owner was there and he was very hands-on helping in the kitchen with the kitchen staff.

Location was good for what we needed. The staff was friendly. Room carpet was filthy, shower was bad, peeling/chipped paint every where- room and hallways and doors. Caulking at bottom of tub needs to be replaced.
