“The pool and hot tub were closed because they were going through a shock treatment (they had difficulty finding someone to clean it). The bathroom in our room didn't look like it was cleaned. The floor was dirty and there was hair in the tub. Ot took close to 10-15 mintues for the water to get hot. The carpet wasn't vacuumed because I kept stepping on stuff, and the pillow were so small like throw pillows. There were 4 per bed but they were lumpy and small and uncomfortable. “This was the best hotel ever loved it clean room plenty of parking Brooke at the bar was awesome cold drinks and the food was great. Breakfast was great also I wish I would’ve got the name of the lady and gentlemen that were their greeting. Awesome attitude thank you, All.”
