Property in disrepair long overdue for renovation. Floor lamp with no bulb, shade, or means to mount shade. No smoking room reeked of cigarettes. Staff was friendly and professional. Deserve a better facility to work at. Looked at the room and walked away from paid stay to find suitable lodging elsewhere. Wonder about Wyndham name being associated with this facility.

Just. Don’t. Do. It. It’s worth it to drive to Birmingham or stay back in Meridian, The only good think I can say is our beds were clean and there was a roof over our head. The office staff was polite enough. Like someone else, I had to show my confirmation on the app, but they had no idea we were coming at 11pm. Apparently she had an issue with housekeeping earlier and the coverlet covers weren’t ready. She showed me a room for my approval and I said it would be fine. Upon further inspection once our stuff was in, I noticed the lampshade was torn, there were no towels, no tissues. Glad I didn’t look further around after reading others reviews. I had asked about breakfast at check in, and basically got the drift that there was no breakfast. My standards are not very high, but this has to be, hands down, the worst place I’ve ever stayed. And apparently the rate I got online was higher than everyone else’s 52$

2 guests one bath towel, no hand towels, no coffee maker. Service at this hotel was below the standards of other Days Inn hotels I have stayed. The remote did not work on the television. The bed was very comfortable.

Really the only plus to this property was availability since other hotels near this location were all booked, now I see why. This is obviously a newly designated "Days Inn" from a locally named motel. Needs total renovation! The ladies at check-in and out were very helpful and moved me to another room upon request since the air conditioning was not working properly. They deserve a better environment to work!

It was what we could get

I rented 6 rooms for a field trip that I took with my students. The woman who checked me in at the front desk was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The problem was with the rooms. The tv in my room didn’t work and the bed was unstable. The tv in the driver’s room gave him trouble as well but he eventually figured out it was the remote and they gave him new batteries. The door on one of my student’s room didn’t close. When he left out of the room, the door simply wouldn’t close. He had to put his belongings in someone else’s room to prevent theft. Several people tried to close it, hard, and it wouldn’t. But this location was cheap and it was the only hotel close to where we were going that had enough rooms.

The front desk lady was polite and professional. BUT the hotel was gross. Our rooms were dirty - smushed candy, no towels, used soap bars, lock did not work in one of the rooms. We did not feel safe. We stayed 2.5 hours and just left as it was unsettling. I'd like my money back.

The hotel had NO room at all. They did not care that I had a confirmation text. They would not even let me in the office. I was stranded in York Alabama at 9:30 pm with no room, but a confirmation text . There were NO cars in the parking lot.

Staff was wonderful but aside from that a nightmare, took 3 tried to get a clean room and was placed in a smoking room. Bed was awful and reeked of smoke. No hot water or internet. Took 40 mins to get checked in

Only Hotel in town

We had ants in our room told the lady at front she said she will let someone know no one came to check it out no other room was offered most plugs and lights in room did not work this was the only hotel in town so we had to stay . No breakfast just snacks
