"We stayed here for 6 days to visit family. We had the suite which was larger than most rooms here. The breakfast was good but that is where the 'good' ended. As most places in Denmark, this was significantly overpriced. There was no air-conditioned, fridge or microwave for a suite room. The pillows were the size of small cushions and we had twin comforters for a queen size bed! The location is about 50 minutes from the main city of Copenhagen and the transit costs alone will set you back significantly, not to mention the inconvenience. Would not recommend if you do not have business in Ringsted. "

Hotels.com staff attempted to intervene, but hotel management was unresponsive and unwilling to do anything. If you stay here you're on your own-- don't expect anyone to help if you have issues. "
