From the shuttle to stay, everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and the amenities the Hyatt House offered. Having Jenga in the main room, cider, and hot cocoa was fun and entertaining.

A very nice suite. Clean and nicely furnished. Great if you like to cater for yourself. Seemed like a popular hub for skiers and snow boarders. People seemed to know each other. Yet it wasn't noisy in any way. A friendly atmosphere. I had a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Pros- Location was nice proximity to airport- walking to the best Pho I’ve ever had Room was clean and spacious Shower was nice Easy to get a late checkout Front desk staff was very pleasant Hot tub was hot Cons- Shuttle would not wait 1 minute(literally) for us at the airport Breakfast was non-existent pretty much- bread and cream cheese(no toaster) plus some packaged cereals and sandwiches Bed was saggy Pool was not very clean
