Booked a suite but got a regular one, which worked for the first night but not the second. The front desk person did get us a suite for the second night. He went above and beyond to get the room, which was very appreciated.

However, due to our downtown city location, we are limited in providing personal parking space and hence offer valet services for our guests' convenience. I was very impressed with the breakfast options. Lots of good choices. I also really liked the comfort of the bed. Overall, a very nice stay.

I did not like the fact that the front desk employee was rude when I checked in, he at first attempted to deny my ability to check in as he wouldn't accept my ID and it wasn't until I provided my passport did he allow me to check in. Very disappointed

Property itself is beautiful. Modern decor. Nice bar area w/daily happy hour promos. Safe, quiet, excellent proximity to restaurants, activities, and shopping. We walked to several restaurants and the 16th Street mall. Within a 10 minute Lyft ride for most activities. Breakfast each morning was hot, fresh, and tasty with great selections. Highly suggest to arrive by 9am at the latest, as selections decrease closer to closing when busy. Shout out to Mrs. Cindy, who went above and beyond by being a friendly, familar face and offering us options like a highchair, paper utensils, and soy milk for our little. Shout out to John at the front desk, who was able to get us a room change that we had been requesting since check-in related to cleaning issues (dirty bathroom) and safety concerns(broken items/exposed wires). Day 3 of our stay was our first encounter with John, and he got us a room change immediately and even called to check on us once we got settled! On the downside, housekeeping was nonexistent. We didn't see anyone the six nights that we stayed. We called for our trash to be emptied and a few additional towels and never saw anyone. We started placing our trash outside the door, and eventually, it was picked up. We retrieved towels from a housekeeper that we found in the halls. The pool was closed the first two days of our stay, and staff was unaware why or when it would open. With an increase to detail and sanitation efforts per staff, would have been an excellent stay.

There was no conditioner, no hair dryer, no cleaning, and there was even a picture of a lump of moldy ham on the breakfast buffet. What's absurd is that I'm sorry about the employee's attitude. At the end, I felt really bad, the money wasn't cheap, and even the valet service was an expensive stay. I wanted a partial refund and asked for a receipt, but they told me to get it from Expedia, which was ridiculous.

The parking was atrocious. And the carpets looked like they’ve been cleaned for years. Expedia screwed us over and did not get a room that we paid for. We got a room that they had left over.

Construction or some kind of loud noise went all through night. My co-worker hardly slept due to the noise.The room blinds didn't work and actually the whole room had need of some serious repair and update. Bed was super comfortable and awesome pillows and very nice and clean.

I had requested for two double queen suites and was only accommodated for one and had less sleeping space for all my guest. When asking the front desk about help they couldn’t transfer me to the room i had paid for but suggested a one bed sleeper to be put in the room, then raised concern of a fire hazard. I was very upset that my room wasn’t already set to what i had requested before my arrival. other than that i had no issues with my stay.

Not Impressed
The hot tub was broken and had really nasty sitting water in it. The pool was not clean, there is no internet in the basement, so the awesome amenity of the Peloton was useless. Our bathroom was completely out of shampoo and conditioner. They ran out of washcloths, it seems like we ran into lots of issues at thus stay. The breakfast was good! That was about the only plus to this stay.

The basics are fine: there’s heat and hot water. But ownership is letting this property go to hell, no doubt to maximize their profits. The blinds are broken, the tv remote is spotty, pool and spa were closed without notice, and the front doors were broken. The staff is not supported properly to do their jobs. What kind of hotel manager sends the cleaning crew to mop a CARPETED elevator?! With so many other choices in downtown Denver, you can do better.

Room was clean but maintenance was needed
There were some maintenance concerns. The ceiling above the elevator panel on car 6 was dripping liquid. The swimming pool needs to be resurfaced. There was a long wait to go to pool and fitness area. Bathrooms needed a exhaust fan. Towel rack was loose. Bathroom sink had a crack in it. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful.

Not as advertised
This hotel was not as advertised. We specially chose this one because it had to beds and a pull out couch. We flew into Denver and wanted to get a good nights rest before making our drive. Since there was not a pull out sofa bed (which was shown in pictures and stated) my husband had to try and sleep on the floor. The breakfast was good and all the staff was nice and helpful. The location was great. It just didn’t fit my families needs

This hotel is pretty good but the rooms could be better. The bed and pillows are not very comfortable and the TVs are so old that you can only watch live TV on a limited number of channels. The arrangement of the room felt odd with a huge space in the middle of the room. The toilet holder was improperly installed and would fall constantly. The showers have a huge gap with no curtain or door so you are very cold unless under direct water. Outside of the room the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was pretty good as well. For one night stay it does the job and for the price it was reasonable.

I loved this hotel the only thing I’d say that needed help was the front desk. There were 2 different men I spoke with and they were both kind of rude for no reason. Maybe they were tired or having a bad day

Stayed here before and love the location! However, they seemed to be quite busy and front desk seemed very overwhelmed! He did a fantastic job considering the phone was non stop ringing, a possible fight in the pool and a disgruntled guest at the counter he handled it with patience and grace! Joel did great and deserves some praise! Breakfast is great! Room was awesome!
