My review is based on my expectations for the place - which is based on the price that I paid. For $59 a night, you really can't expect much. The rooms weren't the cleanest and there were a lot of roaches. But I gave a 3 star because the staff was very helpful. I booked 5 nights but didn't check in until the 3rd night. The front desk staff informed me that I was considered a no-show and that my room was cancelled but they quickly just set me up with another room and was extremely nice about it. That was enough for me to give a 3 star review.

Stayed here for a week. Not complaining about customer service because the staff were super amazing. All of them! Had everything I needed. Spacious room. Clean! However, this place has cockroaches. I am sure they know about it, I saw one in the stairwell and multiple times in my room

The room phone didn't work, no one answered the after hours number when called and we saw a lot of roaches in the room. On the plus side the bed was comfortable, the tv worked and the air-conditioning was great!

Great Staff & Convenient Location

I’ve been staying at MainStay Suites Denver Tech Center for a while, and the best part of my experience has been the staff—especially the night shift team. They are incredibly helpful, attentive, and always go the extra mile to make sure guests are comfortable. The rooms are average, but for the price per night, it’s a great deal. The location is also a plus, being close to the RTD light rail, which makes getting around easy. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay with excellent service, this is a solid choice!

The employees are very understanding of your needs and they do all the can to accommodate you. It's obvious that the staff really enjoy what they do. I highly recommend if you are in the centennial area to book a room and stay at this location.
