“Beautiful hotel, and rooms!”

“Nice, clean, new hotel. Checked all the boxes in terms of things that are important to me – clean room, decent shower, good bed. Still working out some kinks in the restaurant service part, but I’m sure they’ll figure it out after a few weeks. Has a nespresso maker in the room, which is nice. My only complaint would be that the bath products are overly perfumed. Not sure what makes this boutique, but I appreciate that it’s an independent.”

“Many restaurants to accomodate the number of people. Did not have to wait for a table any evening! Staff is kind and smiles but any complaint is responded with the corporate script. Nothing is done: room refrigerator not working, 2 boys outside hunting the wild rabbits on the property in order to “capture it to hold it!” Security never showed or contacted me.Lifeguards are “kids” hanging onto their Ellis Guard floaty and absolutely useless. There is an entire pool area with many water amenities...
