“No fue lo mejor pero resolví”

“The Motel 6 was in transition (was previously a Quality Inn). The registration system was not completely integrated, so we were given keys to a room with occupants already there--which was a shock to both the occupants and us. The receptionist was quick to remedy this, but it left a sour taste. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and no coffee grinds for the in room coffee machine. Management and housekeeping had no coffee pods available.”

“Lots of homeless people wandering around the property, people passed out in the stairwell every day. Spoke to front desk, they won’t do anything about it. No towels, no washcloths, no soap or shampoo. We were asked to use our own. No place to store clothes.”

“They double booked me and I was left stranded without a room for the night. There was a line of people out the door with double bookings. It’s an old run down motel. Hence why there is no deposit needed. Staff didn’t want to help resolve the matter. They just shrugged their shoulders or wouldn’t answer the phone when Expedia was trying to call them to resolve the issue. Will never attempt a booking here again.”

“Ash was great! This motel 6 is by far the best i have been to. Yes very few things need to be fixed. But its not crazy stuff. I generally feel safe here. So many food places are in walking dostance from here ”
