"The free breakfast buffet was delicious! Good selection of food and drinks available greatly appreciated! The parking was affordable in the lots only $15 compared to what other hotels charge. Clean and perfect size gym and pool! Very friendly valet worker JOEY he was very friendly and helpful with giving me information on choices to where I could park."
"Upon arrival, staff was not the friendliest nor accommodating. Asked for extra towels, it never arrived. Elevator was in maintenance multiple times and needed to use staff elevator. Website stated $15 for parking, we were overcharged $20 since they also charge the day of the checkout.
Breakfast was good and room was clean."
"The Sonesta was very clean and the location was amazing! It was a very convenient walk to restaurants, shops (easy Target run), live music, and other activities. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!"
"This handicapped room floor was not carpeted which made it easier to to navigate the wheelchair. Also the shower was a roll-in design making showering very easy. One minor blip with the room was the loose floor drain cover that slid off as I proceeded across it causing a fully open drain. The breakfast was definitely the bummer. Only one very small coffee decanter that emptied very fast and remained empty most of the time. The food items were minimally supplied and carbohydrate based. The only protien food option was a very small yogurt cup and milk. The breakfast items appeared to be supplied by the individual at the reception desk who was very nice but busy answering the phone, checking out people from their rooms and simply could not keep pace with the needs of the breakfast offerings. Lastly... the waffle syrup dispenser was empty! Dry waffles just didn’t make the cut."
