"Stayed for 1 night on our way to a wedding, it was very nice. Close to the airport and only about 30 or so min to central Denver. They had a nice water refill station downstairs, pastries at breakfast were fresh, the rooms were clean, and the shower was hot. No complaints!"
"Fun hotel in the heart of Denver, just steps from 16th street, convention center, etc. Rooms were large and comfortable. Found the cost of breakfast to be high, but plenty of other options nearby so no complains there"
"Thing only thing we wanted to mention is the fact that the room when we walked in smelled of smoke smoking so I don’t know if someone before you or if it’s in the air-conditioning, we did open the window and aired it out, but otherwise everything was clean and the continental breakfast was very good thank you"
"TOILET AND SHOWER WERE OK BUT YOU HAD TO STEP ALL THE WAY INTO THE LITTLE SPACE IN ORDER TO CLOSE THE DOOR.
FIRST FLUSH OF THE TOILET WITH NO SOLID STUFF CREATED A STOPPED UP MESS. CALL TO THE FRONT DESK TO HAVE A MAINTENANCE MAN TO FIX WAS ANSWERED WITH
"I CAN BRING YOU A PLUNGER BUT WE HAVE NO MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL ON DUTY"
THE PLUNGER ARRIVED AND I CLEARED THE TOILET.
ABOUT 10 PM THE FIRE ALARM WENT OFF. A CALL TO THE FRONT DESK WENT UNANSWERED. A FEW MINUTES LATER A CALL INFORMED THAT A SINGLE ROOM HAD CAUSED THE ALARM FOR THE ENTIRE BUILDING."
"We stay here quite often. It’s clean and convenient for our visits to Denver every six weeks for work.
Two suggested improvements:
1. Towels are frayed and even have some holes in them; and
2. Why they don’t recycle is beyond me. It frustrates me each time we stay."
